SISTEM INFORMASI PENELITIAN DAN PENGABDIAN DOSEN BERBASIS LARAVEL FILAMENT
Studi Kasus di Universitas ‘Aisyiyah Yogyakarta dengan Metode Rapid Application Development (RAD)
Abstract
Manual management of lecturer research and community service data is still implemented in the Information Technology Study Program of Aisyiyah University of Yogyakarta. This process involves manual recording through Google Sheets, which is prone to recording errors, data duplication, reporting delays, and difficulty in finding documents. To overcome these problems, a web-based Lecturer Research and Community Service Information System was developed using the Laravel and Filament frameworks. The system development used the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method that focuses on 3 iteration and direct user involvement. This system provides user management features, research and community service data management, and automatic synchronization from the SISTER system. With integration with the SISTER API, the system can facilitate digital and centralized academic data management. The testing process was designed using the black-box testing method to ensure all functions run according to user needs. The test results showed that the system successfully functioned 100% in 7 predetermined test scenarios, covering functionality ranging from login to data synchronization.
